GLOVAL is committed to the environment through its management system that is regularly revised and assessed to identify actions that will minimise the environmental impact of our activities as much as possible.
In 2018 we demonstrated our commitment to protecting the environment by reducing:

• Power consumption by 16%
• Paper consumption by 40%
• Toner waste by 4%

In 2019, GLOVAL VALUATION expanded its commitment to the environment by taking on new challenges, including preventing pollution by applying organisational measures and appropriate and feasible technologies within the framework of its business and resources and incorporating environmental criteria to its field, always supporting sustainable development and the Life Cycle approach.

We reply to every claim and complaint in writing within two (2) months. If after this two-month period, the issue has not been solved or the client is unhappy with our final decision, they may take it to Market Conduct and Complaints Department of the Bank of Spain through its online office.

Gloval is aware of the importance of providing Quality services and products while always aiming to protect the Environment. For this reason, we have been certified for the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards for years. We have updated our business to the 2015 standards and, among other requirements, we need to inform our suppliers of our authorisation and re-assessment methods.
Therefore, we inform you that in order to ensure that the processes, products and services hired or bought by Gloval from external partners or suppliers meet the necessary requirements and quality levels, we follow these criteria for the selection:

• Approval of samples and/or services.
• Have an official or recognised certificate for the product or company.
• Compliance with the applicable environmental requirements.

Furthermore, Gloval regularly follows up and assesses its suppliers, checking that the products, processes and services supplied are approved as compliant with the requirements and/or conditions agreed at the time of the purchase. This yearly follow-up of our suppliers may lead Gloval to stop working with an external supplier who repeatedly breaches the terms and conditions of the purchase or service.

We would be grateful if you emailed us a copy of your company’s certificates related to your quality assurance, environment and health and safety systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EMAS, OHSAS 18001 and other standards). This information is appreciated and considered when we first accept external suppliers and in the subsequent assessments.
If you don’t have these certificates, especially those related to environmental management, we encourage you to consider implementing these systems.
