With more than 25 years of experience in financial markets, construction and real estate, he has held several senior positions of responsibility.

Susana Moya

Architect, Master’s Degree in Real-Estate Appraisals awarded by the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC) and postgraduate degrees specialising in urban planning and management, real-estate viability studies, facility management and building restoration. She has 30 years’ experience, mostly in technical management and the management of appraisal companies, but has also freelanced, taught and collaborated with different public bodies.

Juan José Antolínez

Degree in Industrial Engineering awarded by the University of Valladolid, Master’s Degree in Business Management and Administration by the Technical University of Madrid (UPM) and the University of Phoenix (USA), certificate in PMP, ITIL and SCRUM. Professional with extensive experience in information and communication technologies who has held leading positions in companies from different sectors, including telecom, banking, insurance and consultancy, heading mission-critical projects and providing services in Spain and in Asia and Latin America. Before joining Gloval, Mr Antolínez was Manager at Everis.

Estanislao de la Quadra Salcedo

Degree in Architecture awarded by the ETSAM and MBA by the IE, with over 25 years’ experience in executive positions in different companies within the appraisal and engineering sectors and with special focus on technology and the Spanish and European regulatory activity.

Rafael Pinedo

Degree in Business Management and Administration awarded by the University of Deusto, Mr Pinedo has over 17 years’ experience in private equity, corporate investments and investment banking in companies such as Diana Capital, Sherpa Capital, Alantra and KPMG.

Pilar Gómez

Economist who has also completed the Programme for Management Development at the IESE Business School in the University of Navarra and a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finances at CEF Madrid. She has over 16 years’ experience, 8 of these were in financial institutions and over 9 years in senior executive positions as head of the Chairmanship and CEO areas in listed companies within the banking, industrial, construction and real-estate sectors.

Nelson Rego

Having a degree in Real-Estate Management awarded by ESAI plus postgraduate degrees in Salford-Manchester, AESE Lisbon and IESE Madrid/Barcelona, he’s taught at several courses, including the MBA in Real-Estate Appraisal at ESAI. With over 2 decades of experience in the appraisal market and in real-estate consultancy, he has worked with all the leading banks that operate in Portuguese-speaking countries to appraise properties and develop real-estate projects. In 2010 he began to work with the leading investment funds in Iberia and Latin America for sale and purchase operations in NPL & REO. Expert in asset appraisals for Real-Estate Investment Funds since 2003, he is a member of the FRICS and a European surveyor (REV) authorised by Tegova.

Marina Rubio

Degree in Labor Relations awarded by the Complutense University of Madrid, she has over 20 years’ experience in HR management for different multinational companies such as Telefónica.

Joaquín Elízaga

With a Degree in Business Administration awarded by the Alcala de Henares University and a Master’s Degree by the Pontifical University of Salamanca and an MBA by ICADE, this surveyor is a member of the MRICS and boasts over 30 years’ experience in financial management positions in different sectors.

Javier Heredia

Degree in Agricultural Engineering awarded by the Technical University of Madrid (UPM) and a Master’s Degree in Real-Estate and Financial Management by the COAM. With over 20 years’ experience in the sector, Mr Heredia was Regional Director of Castile and Leon and Manager of the Businesses and Persons department at an appraisal company before joining the Gloval project.

Enrique Álvarez

With a Degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Advertising and Media, in addition to over 25 years’ experience in the real-estate, infrastructures and energy sectors, working for public and private organisations, Mr Álvarez has held leading positions, including CEO of ZALIA, Manager of GHT and Eopexsa and General Manager of Vivienda, among others.

Carlos Gómez de Castro

Besides his Degree in Electronic and Physical Science Engineering awarded by the Complutense University of Madrid, Mr Gómez has a PhD in theoretical physics of condensed matter and nanotechnology and carried out his research within these fields working on several projects and multinational teams, expanding the application of Machine Learning algorithms.
He then transferred his knowledge to the Artificial Intelligence area, developing predictive and prescriptive models and AI applications in analytical consultancy projects and in sectors as diverse as the energy, banking, insurance, consumption and telecom sectors. Before joining Gloval, he was in charge of KPMG’s Advanced Analytics area.

Begoña Cabeza

Civil Engineering Degree awarded by the Technical University of Madrid (UPM). Over 18 years’ experience in engineering and real-estate consultancy with special focus on quality assurance/control and budgetary control in construction.

Antolin Arquillo

Civil Engineer and a postgraduate degree in Real-Estate Appraisal awarded by the Comillas Pontifical University. Member of the FRICS, this surveyor has over 30 years’ experience in several executive positions in appraisal companies.

Alberto Aguirregaviria

Three-year Degree in Architecture awarded by the Technical University of Madrid (UPM) and a Master’s Degree in Real-Estate Appraisal by ICADE Comillas Pontifical University. Mr Aguirregaviria has over 25 years’ experience in executive positions within the asset appraisal sector.
