Privacy Policy
Pursuant to Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, the GDPR) we hereby inform the user that any personal data we may ask for through GLOVAL’s forms or that is sent by the user to the company’s email addresses will be entered, with the user’s prior consent, into the personal data file owned by the data controller, BIVALTASA GLOVAL ADVISORY S.L. (hereinafter, GLOVAL), with registered address in Madrid, Calle Eucalipto 33, and such file is subject to automated processing.
All the data collected will be processed with the appropriate level of confidentiality and in accordance with the current regulations on personal data protection.
The purpose of the collection and automated processing of the personal data is to maintain your contractual relationship with us once you fill in our forms or we send you by post or e-mail information on our services; and any other service related to GLOVAL’s business that we may deem of interest to you. The data will be stored for 5 years in accordance with the legal requirements foreseen in Art. 12.1 of Spanish Royal Decree 775/1997 of 30 May on the legal system to authorise valuation services and companies.
The user agrees to provide GLOVAL with true, accurate, complete and updated data and also agrees to inform us of any changes to the data. The user will be solely liable for any harm or damages, direct or indirect, caused to GLOVAL or third parties by breaching these terms.
GLOVAL guarantees the adoption of technical and organisational techniques required to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and security of the personal data, that will avoid their loss and unauthorised modification, processing or access, taking into account the state of the art and the type of data stored. For such purposes, GLOVAL informs you that it has prepared the relevant Company Security Document where we establish the appropriate security measures to be complied by anyone who works for GLOVAL and may have access to the personal data.
Any natural person who provides GLOVAL with his/her personal data may write to GLOVAL, the Data Controller, to exercise his/her rights to access, rectify, cancel and object to the data, but must remember that exercising these rights can only be done personally and the user will therefore need to prove his/her identity. For this reason, if you wish to exercise one of these rights, please write to our Customer Service: GLOVAL, Departamento de Atención al Cliente, Calle Eucalipto 33, Madrid 28016, Spain. You may also exercise these rights by going to one of our offices where our staff will give you all the information on how to exercise them. Once we receive the request, GLOVAL will notify its decision within the time frame set in the current regulations.
