In the Green Loan Project Monitoring, besides doing the administrative, technical and financial analysis, we also use a system to check, every step of the way, if the project meets the standards set to be eligible for a green loan and if the right materials are used during the building work.
We prepare a preliminary report that analyses compliance with the sustainability and energy-efficiency standards set by the financing entity for a green loan.
